Our government is out of control.  The president continues to bypass or skirt congress to appoint radicals, create bureaucratic agencies that forge costly and highly restrictive regulating edicts to destroy business and control individuals.  The Constitution is tattered and tread upon with each presidential appointment and massive spending plan.  Congress has been neutered by the moves.

Former military bases have been converted to “FEMA emergency camps”.  Surrounded by high fences topped with concertina wire, they are said to have been transformed to house individuals and families in case of national disaster.  If that is the truth, why is there need for guard towers, 12’ fences and razor wire?

The NSA is building a $1.5 billion cyber data collection and storage center outside Bluffdale, Utah supposedly to intercept communiqués between terrorists and other national security threats.  Facebook, Twitter, text, email and phone conversations of any person can be monitored at any time in the name of “National Security” now.  The archiving of all such personal interaction soon will be norm of the realm.

Security cameras on virtually every street corner, drones patrolling our cities and countryside, communication monitoring and super prisons manned by government officials do not promote freedom.  They impede freedom and abase privacy.  The government is usurping our rights as citizens while telling us the intent is to protect us.  We cannot allow this to continue.

The Attorney General, as head of law enforcement for the United States, allowed violent Mexican drug cartels access to high-powered, high capacity and rapid firing weapons in what has been described as an attempt to show how easily criminals can obtain weapons.  This move, to some, represents an attempt to put greater restrictions on gun and ammunition purchases for the citizens of our country.  Many believe it was a harsh attempt to begin eliminating all firearms from personal use.

Given the above and knowing that the government will continue to appropriate more and more un-granted authority through the restriction or elimination our individual rights in direct violation of the first ten amendments to the Constitution, it is time to take action.

Amendment  II:  “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”.

It may be time to not only consider, but also begin forming a “well regulated Militia” before it is no longer possible.  I’m not suggesting an aggressively hostile, subversive or  anarchist type movement, just one that may need to defend American citizens from an overly abusive government.

We the People must protect one another from a tyrannical government.  Our representatives are becoming more intrusive and dictatorial with each administration.  They have become adversarial.  Each change of guard only builds upon the domination of the previous one.  If we complacently allow the outlawing of all firearms, which is the direction our elected and the appointed puppets of the Executive branch are headed, there will be no possibility of protecting ourselves against them.  That is their goal!

First, they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Ladies and gentlemen, step right up and ruin your life before you have a clue what could be in store for you ten, fifteen or twenty years hence.

Not only is HHS demanding that abortions are covered by health insurance, they are now trying to mandate that sterilizations must be part of that coverage.  Next, of course, will be gender reassignment.  And, if you don’t like the new you, you can always get a re-do and return to the way you were born.

( – All student health care plans covering female college students in the United States must include coverage for free voluntary sterilization surgery, the Department of Health and Human Services announced late Friday afternoon.

Women of college age who do not attend school will also get free sterilization coverage whether they are insured through an employer, their parents, or some form of government-subsidized plan.

What could be next?  Broccoli is good for your health.  Will all insurance coverage have to cover the purchase price of broccoli?  How about spinach?  Of course, we can’t forget that exercise plays a big part in health.  Will insurance companies or government (taxpayers) be forced to pay for gym memberships?

We now know, unequivocally, that Big Brother doesn’t want us to reproduce.  I don’t think it’s beyond the realm of reason to expect that future generations will be faced with selective forced sterilizations.  Perhaps a little additional supplement to an expectant mother’s prenatal vitamins will come about.  We know that the death panels will soon determine when we have reached our maximum productivity and are no longer useful to the government.

What happened to independence, free thinking and personal responsibility?  Have we given up our lives, or have they been taken from us?  Have we, as a society, become so complacent that we want “have done” over “do”?  Is the mandated public school system really dumbing the generations to the point where they don’t recognize they can be better or even care about being better than the minimum that is expected?

Geo-engineering, bio-engineering, social engineering, vaccines laden with toxins, fluoridated water, synthetic pharmaceuticals causing more problems (side effects) than the symptoms they allay, chem-trails, H.A.A.R.P. …

I’m not likin’ the C H A N G E.

Eric Holder’s Department of Un-Justice strikes again.  The Civil Rights division has attacked the voting integrity in South Carolina and now Texas.

From AP

“Photo ID laws have become a point of contention in the 2012 elections.  Liberal groups have said the requirements are the product of Republican-controlled state governments and are aimed at disenfranchising people who tend to vote Democratic —, people of low-income and college students.”

Why do Democrats not have photo ID?  African-American, Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern, Canadian, rich or poor, it doesn’t matter, you must have a photo ID to cash a check, use a credit card, drive on public streets, apply for work, apply for Welfare or unemployment benefits or attend college.  My gym even has a photo of me on the check-in computer to make sure the person using my card is authorized to do so, me!

“Proponents of such legislation say the measures are aimed at combating voter fraud.  But, advocacy groups for minorities and the poor dispute that and argue there is no evidence of significant voter fraud.”

“There is no evidence of significant voter fraud?”  How many of the recent elections have been won by fewer than 500 votes or contested for recount because of questionable (read, fraudulent) registrations?  Can you say “Al Gore” or “Al Franken”?  How many times have we heard about voters who have been dead from two weeks to fifteen years or Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse voting?

On Feb. 23, Sandra Fluke was the sole witness to appear before an all-Democratic panel chaired by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.  As has been well reported, Ms. Fluke testified that it can cost a law student in excess of $3,000 for birth control during their term of education.  She feels that insurance should pay for the party favors whether or not the religious foundation approves or disapproves on moral grounds.

Initially, Barry Lynn, a  nationally known liberal, progressive, ordained minister and graduate of Georgetown University Law Center was invited and scheduled to give testimony before a full U.S. House of Representatives committee.  Lynn was bounced at the last minute and Fluke, a 30 year-old law student with an extensive history of activism in leftist causes, became the Democrats’ replacement speaker.

Ms. Fluke is attending Georgetown under a Public Interest Law Scholars (PILS) program.  PILS is a scholarship program available to students who intend to dedicate their careers substantially to public interest matters (leftist agendas).  In short, Ms. Fluke is attending law school at the expense of donors and still she is still not willing to pay for her own amoral behavior.

Though not part of her testimony, it has been reported that Sandra Fluke also advocates health insurance policies also cover gender modification for those people living alternate lifestyles.  Reschedule the heart attack victim, there’s a gender swap needed!  If he/she decides the new identity is no longer in vogue, the insurance or the government must pay for another surgery.  It’s a right.

Reverend Lynn would have also presented a very strong argument in favor of health plans including birth control.  His testimony and life experience may have had a different, and perhaps more truthful, impact.

Regarding the cost of birth control, a Target store only 3 miles from the law school currently sells a month’s supply of birth control pills for only $9 to people who do not have insurance plans covering contraceptives.  A CVS store a few blocks from the school sells a month’s supply of the product for $33.  Even at that price, a three year supply would only cost $1,188.  Three grand…not the truth.  Destitute female students wishing to have regular and frequent sex out of wedlock might want to car pool to the Target store to save money.  They could also ask that the object of their affection for the night provide condoms and protect both of them against pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

Ms. Fluke is attending Georgetown University Law Center to become a lawyer who will sue any body, company, corporation, or group that would like to keep their earnings for distribution as they see fit.  I would guess that she has already filed application with the ACLU (America’s Cancerous Liberal Union).

Liberals are taking control of our lives and our well being.  Bit by bit they are taking from those who have earned and giving to themselves and others who are unwilling to work hard and make something of their selves.  They are giving away our freedoms and demanding that we relegate our responsibilities to the government.

Please vote wisely in November.

Washington Post columnist, George Will, is a man with the respect of most conservatives.  While I read his work regularly and agree with his conclusions often, he has recently made statements that scare me.  Despite my regard for his analytic capabilities, I cannot agree with his words in a recent interview with Tim Mak of Politico.

Will espouses that greater attention should be afforded to Republicans regaining majority control of the House and Senate than to the presidential race.  He offers that this move can restrain President Obama.

I have to ask, “Has it worked so far?  Would a “fine-mesh filter” as you describe it work against recess appointments, Executive mandates, fiats, edicts, decrees, orders and privileges?  Can even a diligent, conscientious conservative congress pierce the veil of harboring non-sensitive data and other information under the proclaimed classification of National Security?”

Yes, George, every president has used these to their advantage, but none have abused them to the dictatorial extent of this Alinsky trained subversive.  There is no restraint of Chicago politics other than utter defeat, ouster and annihilation.  As it is, it will be decades to restore the America that once was, with or without its inherent and underlying faults.
