Let us all bow our heads in shame on behalf of Congress. The IRS will be short of money to carry out their nefarious acts.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is threatening a shutdown because Congress “cut” their budget by $346 million. His answer to the fictitious budget cut is to furlough employees. First, there is no budget to cut. This is just a reduction in the additional money they requested. They’re still getting more money, just not as much as they wanted.

As I wrote a couple of days ago in “JUST TYPICAL”, there is no budget. If government agencies would just submit a budget for approval, then follow the spending plan outlined in such budget, there would be plenty of money. If they spent the money wisely, there might even be some left over at the end of the CR term. There would be no deficit and the debt could be reduced rather than continuously increasing.

What I don’t understand is where the IRS may be saving money by furloughing employees. The employees still get paid for doing about the same thing as normal – little to nothing.  Additionally, they will save gasoline by having the opportunity to do it at home. They may have to wait until Boehner gives in to get all the back pay, but government employees never lose pay!!!  In fact, there is a pay raise outlined in the request.

If the IRS, and every government agency, would not waste the money they get, there would be more than enough to carry them through meager times. Example: Over the past five years, the IRS has spent valuable time and money harassing conservative groups applying for non-profit status. They have sent hundreds of millions of dollars in tax refunds to people in foreign countries who never paid into the system, some of whom have never even stepped foot in the United States.  They have spent money on lavish and unnecessary retreats, producing videos and promoting the fraud that is Obamacare and paid out ridiculous bonuses to top officials responsible for the unchecked and unwarranted overspending.

To those of you who say, “Yeah, but a couple million dollars is a drop in the bucket”, I say wait a minute and think it through. There are over 500 government agencies and departments, each with spending authority in multiple millions of dollars. If each entity overspends what is necessary by an average of only $3 million per year, that is over $1.5 TRILLION wasted every year. Bonuses for overpaid department heads and administrators for doing a mediocre job might be an easy place to start cutting. Perhaps then we would see some accountability.

It’s a simple matter of budgeting and allocating the appropriated money appropriately.

Thanks to the 9th U.S. Circus Court of Jesters based in San Franfeako, California, people in Arizona who cannot read, write or understand English and cannot follow basic traffic signs may obtain a driver’s license and legally drive anywhere in the United States. Like in California, they are allowed an “interpreter” to read, but not answer questions on the written test. There is no proctor overseeing the test, but I’m sure no illegal alien would cheat.

This is not the culmination by any means, but certainly a high point of President Obummer’s Dream Act. We now have people with no want, will or allegiance to the government or the nationals and legal residents claiming that they will be out of the shadows and no longer considered second-class citizens.

They are welcomed, but uninvited guests of this country. They are not citizens, but still they demand the same services, benefits and entitlements as citizens. According to dictionary definitions (which they obviously cannot read), they are not citizens…not second-class citizens, not even third-class citizens.

a native or naturalized member of a state or nation who owes allegiance to its government and is entitled to its protection (distinguished from alien).

From Merriam-Webster
a :  a member of a state
b :  a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it

I thought California had gone to the weeds and moved to Arizona. But Arizona is still under the jurisdiction of the same clown posse.

As the first lady tried to justify her hatred for white people, she related the following story in a People Magazine interview:

“I tell this story – I mean, even as the first lady – during that wonderfully publicized trip I took to Target, not highly disguised, the only person who came up to me in the store was a woman who asked me to help her take something off a shelf. Because she didn’t see me as the first lady, she saw me as someone who could help her. Those kinds of things happen in life. So it isn’t anything new.”

She makes it sound like only one person approached her because she is black. Maybe, just maybe, she was recognized and the awed Target shoppers gave her some space. It could also be because she was surrounded by 4-6 ominously large men and the other shoppers feared being thrown to the ground, handcuffed and disappeared.

I’m surprised she didn’t say the woman called out to her, “Hey girl, get your butt over here and hand me this”.

I truly doubt that no one approached her because of her skin color.  For all one knows, she may have forgotten her deodorant that day.  The one woman who did approach her had to be one of Gruber’s ignorant, inattentive and stupid public.

As a matter of fact, I was in WalMart yesterday and no one, absolutely no one, came up to me. Was it because I’m white?  Could be, but I don’t think so.

Here’s a typical action, response, rejoinder by government.

In spite of having abundant Border Patrol agents on Homeland Security’s payroll, many are intentionally assigned to duty too far from the border to effectively curtail movement of those illegally in the United States. A large number, closer to points of entry, are now on duty changing diapers, housing, clothing, feeding and generally overseeing detainees who should be given some water and charged for the bus ride back home.

Once an illegal entrant is apprehended, in most cases, law enforcement officers and agents are now only able to obtain available (often verbal) identification of the individual challenged and issue a citation with a court date (not unlike when you receive a ticket for a misdemeanor traffic violation).

According to “The Hill” 12-15-14, Jeh Johnson is bemoaning the money allowed by Congress for his agency to continue doing less while he tells subordinate agents to disobey their lawful oath. Bear in mind, there has not been a budget passed since the Democrats took control of Congress in 2007. The federal government has been funded primarily under Continuing Resolutions.

Look for the same pissy and impertinent response from Jeh Johnson that President Obama took when ordering the closure of national parks including the World War II memorial.  He did that in defiance of the sequestration that he, Pelosi and Reid proffered in order to coerce enough votes to pass a previous CR.

In the spring of 2011, President Obama let it be known by his words and actions that the likelihood of deportation was severely diminished. The surge of illegal entrants began shortly thereafter encumbering security forces along the nation’s southern border. The crescendo continues due to administratively mandated law enforcement stand-down.

In response to the additional crossings, ICE and Border Patrol agents are restricted from taking the actions to which they swore lawful adherence upon their hire.  They are not allowed to screen entrants to identify if they are foreign agents here to do harm to U.S. citizens. That screening comes after, and only if, the illegal immigrant chooses to stop by for his or her court date.

Remember, sequestration didn’t affect Michelle’s $100 million +/- trip to Africa. Sequestration hasn’t hampered any presidential R&R to the Vinyard or Hawaii. Sequestration did not curtail any golf games or multi-million dollar Air Force One jaunts to fundraisers. Sequestration did illuminate Obama’s disdain for U.S. military troops and veterans and the security they provide.

To paraphrase an old saying, Like marionette, like Secretary.

Under the absolutely ugly lie disguised as compassion, we are cycling back 150-200 years heretofore.

Yes, I understand and accept that people from around the world want to come here for a better life. I sympathize with them and welcome their lawful arrival. However, the way we are blindly accepting hoards of people seeking the American dream is destroying that dream, for both us and them. The dream is becoming a nightmare due to a lack of screening and diligence. We are becoming the country so many are trying to escape.

The greatest majority of illegal entrants are primarily hard-working, family oriented and honest people who are truly trying to better their own lives. I get that. But most often they are poor and uneducated, providing a whole new perspective on slavery. While these people are not owned, traded or sold by private individuals or property owners as in the past, they are psychologically and economically enslaved by the 21st century planter – the U.S. federal government.

Once on this side of our make-believe border (it’s like an Obama “red line”), they become wards of the power elite. They are bussed or flown to their new plantation. Many such estates exist throughout the country. Upon arrival, the new servants are welcomed by under-masters in charge of labor at motels, restaurant kitchens, chicken ranches, orchards, lettuce and broccoli farms. Some under-masters even lord over tobacco farms and cotton fields. Many are not cordial to their new charges and treat them with contempt. The slaves are encouraged to speak their native languages and are dissuaded from interacting with workers of different ethnicities, social or economic strata.

They are trained by the public system on how to think, vote and why they should be grateful to their new masters for allowing them to stay. They are given identity tracking and electronic stipend cards to supplement their menial wages. They are provided medical care, child care, housing and transportation assistance to keep them happy, healthy and productive.

Because they are provided minimum but highly influenced public education, (pseudonym for social indoctrination), they accept that their subsidies come from the political elites…the new planters, not the free people. The bestowed tutelage is designed and developed to help them recognize their life station, indebtedness and allegiance to the planters.

Either we shall be a great country with laws and opportunities for all or we shall fall like the civilizations of yesteryear. We need architects, engineers and entrepreneurs right now…not more hoe and shovel wielders.  We need leaders, not activists and law defiers clamoring for more indulgence and entitlements.
