In 1966, Richard Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven, developed a strategy to overload the public Welfare system and precipitate a crisis leading to the replacement of the system with a national guaranteed income that, in their minds, would end poverty in the U.S. This became well known as “The Cloward and Piven Strategy”.

Need it be said that they were both professors indoctrinating the leaders of today with the ways of Communism. As teachers at the Columbia University School of Social Work, they were able to instill Utopian thoughts in the accepting minds of today’s Progressive/Socialist/Democrats.

Their ploy has since become the mainstream thought and platform of the current Democrat party. As president, Obama did his level best to over-regulate private business causing mass unemployment and need for government “safety net” programs. With the help of community organizers, President Obama increased the demand on the nation’s entitlement Welfare system and carried the concept of induced poverty to include WICS, section 8 housing subsidies, Obamaphones and encouraged many former workers to partake of disability payments through the Social Security fund.

One Democrat, Senator Ben Cardin, recently suggested that we welcome the hordes of impoverished Central and South Americans of the caravan into our country, thus, further straining our current resources. Beyond that, he also called for “investing” more U.S. income earners’ money by giving the thieves heading the pseudo-democratic socialist dictatorships of our neighbors to the south greater opportunity to continue the practices that harm the citizenry of those countries.

Today’s amplified and exaggerated version of the strategy promulgated by the pair of anarchists envelopes more than the monetary subsidies extended by federal agencies. It is also burdening education, health care and the court systems. It is straining the civil, criminal and federal courts by introducing otherwise illegal foreigners to the courts in addition to citizens and legal residents.

Currently, there is said to be a backlog in the immigration courts exceeding 700,000 cases. Add to that the human procession estimated at 7,000-10,000 headed north from Mexico’s southern border. Their intent (actually the intent of the multi-billionaire globalists funding the incursion) is to destroy our sovereignty; to break down the borders that define our country and create chaos and anarchy. Many, if not most, of the intruders will be awarded benefits paid for by you and your fellow citizens.

The socialists among our population and elected leaders are destined to use the inevitable “crisis” created to further their goals of remaking our country into one from which people, in just a few short years, will try to escape.

There is only a week left to mark your ballot for continued economic growth, prosperity and rule of law or the likeness of Venezuela.

I just have to laugh (a nervous laughter, that is) at the diabolical Marxist / Socialist mantra that the rich in this country are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. It’s only true due to their own socialist policies. They say the government must take more from the rich to reduce the gap and level the field for the poor.

Big Brother is taking income, land and inheritance from the wealthy. Some of that taken is then used to commission studies justifying how even more can be taken from the rich. A major portion of the remainder is kept by the government to grow the government, make itself more powerful, abusive and wasteful. A little is allowed to trickle down to programs that temporarily appease the poor and keep them intergenerationally dependent.

The Socialist policies make the “rich” work harder to earn more and they make the mostly uneducated inner-city masses want more to keep up. Ultimately they provide the basis for anger on both sides. To satisfy that anger, the rich engage politically while the others act out on the streets against anybody they perceive as having more than they do.

To the rich the Socialists say, “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country”. Then they turn to the educationally bankrupt subjects and bellow, “Ask not what you can do for your country. Demand your country do more for you”.

Wow! I keep hearing how the economy is improving. Even though there are fewer people working, the unemployment rate is down. The media tells me that during the second quarter of this year, we experienced a 4.2% upswing. Perhaps you felt it. The Obama boosters proudly laud that we emerged from the recession five years ago. I’m glad we’re doing so much better.

I’m still troubled with the mundane back stage events that are not so loudly bellowed. The total number of people seeking employment is down. That sounds good on the surface and seems to be a great talking point for the left. The fact that there are more people happy to be on government assistance rather than seeking employment doesn’t bother them, but it does me.

The BLS manipulated figures show that the national average for the unemployed is 6.2%. Knowing that over a third of the potential workforce is sitting idle, I have a hard time accepting this propaganda.

Meanwhile, as the economy booms, credit card companies recently began offering “no interest” for up to 18 months once again. I’m certain that this move is at the behest of the Obama financial planners. It has the smell of Cloward and Piven.

My experience with the financial industry tells me that the business is not made up of benevolent enterprises. They are there to make a profit, often without regard for their customers.

Perhaps this is the one sector that is experiencing stagnant growth and it will look good for a while if people spend more and create more personal debt. Stagnant growth would definitely cause them to nudge consumers into using the cards more frequently without paying an immediate penalty for unpaid balances. The program design is to get consumers hooked on buying, making minimum required payments and accruing a balance. That balance, of course, must be paid in full at the end of the term or 22.99% interest kicks in.

Though consumer purchases may go up for now, expect a severe downturn right about or shortly after the 2016 elections. This program presents a problem not unlike the deferred interest mortgage loans of the turn of the 21st century. Chris and Barney felt everyone should be able to take advantage of the appreciating housing market by owning a home, whether they could afford one or not. They coerced the financial institutions and lenders to lower qualifications borrowers and allow it to happen.

It did. Wanting to get all the profit they could, lenders allowed mortgagees to finance or refinance homes and elect to make payments of 1/360th of the principal plus 1% or 2% interest for two to seven years while deferring up to 5.5% to 7% interest to the loan principal.

In many cases, by the time the loans reset, the loan balance was tens of thousands of dollars more than the original loan amount, and in too many cases, more than the home was worth. Home values plummeted as the borrowers moved out in the middle of the night to live in their cars or with relatives.

Homeowners had become complacent with their spending patterns and found themselves unable to meet the new mortgage payments. People lost their homes, investment companies declared bankruptcy and the American economic structure tanked causing the recession.

Lesson learned? Not by progressive Dumbocrats!

Here’s the way I see Merka bein run rite now. Ya got yur dum fokes like ya’ll and me at the bottom of the heap. We listen to the nuse at nite and take in the politiks what they tells us to. Then we vote like they said to on loco, state and fedral political guys and gals an ishoos. It’s kinda complicated, so I’ll write slow so most a ya’ll kin follow.

We voters be at the bottom a the heap. We voters vote to elect the votees who intern make all the desishuns that will make our lives better. For now, let’s jump right to the fedral gubmint cause the little guys are just in trainin for the big shot posishuns in Woshinton D.C. anyway. Gubmint is gubmint and its the same all the way frum bottom to top.

In Washington there are supposed to be three branches of government. Those three branches are the Legislative branch composed of two houses, the House of Representatives and the Senate. The Legislative branch writes laws to keep order and provide continuity and stability for the country. They are also charged with funding those laws and the enforcement thereof. The second branch, the Judiciary, is made up of nine supposedly nonpartisan and impartial judges who are appointed for as long as they choose to remain. The third branch, the Executive branch, consists of the President of the United States, his Vice President and a cabinet of officers selected to help the president with the duties of his office.

We used to have three, but now it seems there are only two and one of those no longer matters. Anyway, the three were supposed to have separate but equal voices to prevent any individual or totalitarian clique from taking unchecked control of the government. Somewhere around the beginning of the 21st century our system of government began to change rapidly. The Executive branch began wresting more power and thereby diminishing the other two.

Presently, we have a president who appears to believe that the United States of America is responsible for all the ills of the world and should be credited for none of the good. He also accepts no personal responsibility for any suffering he causes but readily takes credit for the positive others provide. It’s difikult fur sum of us ta unnerstand, but we voted for him cause the nuse told us to, so he muss be doin it rite.

What has evolved is a neutered congress, a judiciary that is stumbling to maintain respect for the Constitution and a president who believes that it is better to ask for forgiveness than permission, acting accordingly. He and his cabal believe that if congress won’t agree with his desires, he will wait for the opportune moment and act via Executive Order. If the Supreme Court doesn’t rule against him, he gets his way. If they do, it takes years to unwind the E.O. and he gets his way. It’s a lot like tyranny.

When he does get away with a coup, congress votes to fund the very thing they once voted against. The money is spent though it was never budgeted and revenues were never identified. E.g. Due to lack of sufficient revenue, our military heroes overseas get by on just two hot meals per day when privileged with the opportunity to stand down for a few hours at a base camp.

Meanwhile, the president asks congress for $3.7 billion. Without waiting for a congressional response to his request, he unilaterally and immediately authorizes spending to provide three hot meals, lodging, clothing, education, medical care, legal aid, stipend and other support to insurgents. Those insurgents/illegal aliens, have destroyed our southern parkland and ranches, sometimes killing livestock they encounter along the way, in order to partake of other benefits our citizens can no longer afford to enjoy.

Thats tadays lessin in Merkan Gubmint

Obamacare is just one massive way to justify raising taxes on, and ultimately, eliminating the middle class. Specifically designed to hurt not help, Obamacare even imposes taxes (2.3% on all medical related supplies, devices and equipment whether used by physicians, veterinarians or consumers), restrictions, regulations and mandates on doctors, medical facilities, medical implement manufacturers, individuals and small businesses that are struggling to survive.

Obama has appointed progressive Marxist/socialists and Muslim Brotherhood elite to his cabinet and has given others controlling authority over various departments and agencies.  Together they have stalled the economy and repressed the country.

1. The higher cost of mandated health insurance eating their profits and undermining their viability is causing employers to cut many full time workers’ hours.
2. Vaguely written and over enforced, costly and often unnecessary regulations by the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, Environmental Protection Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Homeland Security and others often conflict amongst themselves. Lawyers and compliance specialists add another level of cost for employers, large and small, just to continue business.
3. Disregarding laws designed to protect and benefit American workers, e.g. defacto amnesty, burdens the already strained economy and workforce. Despite the massaged and manipulated representations, our true current unemployment rate stands at 37.2% ( 7-29-14) among citizens and legal residents.
4. Not enforcing federal immigration and employment laws keeps potential American workers idle as undocumented immigrants receive the available remuneration for menial tasks.
5. Closing the White House, parks and museums with the goal in mind to hurt and infuriate the taxpayers during a fiscal cutback. The World War II monument received grand attention, but was certainly not the only attack on American service members and veterans.
6. This administration uses the NSA, CIA, FBI, IRS, and others more extensively for data collection regarding key persons around the globe. It has expanded the scope of the Patriot Act to include privacy intrusion on virtually every American under the false flag of National Security. The authorities often unlawfully use the gathered information against political foes and those objecting to the administration’s policies allowing them to unlawfully gather it.
7. Refusing to cooperate with congressional oversight committee investigations, ignoring subpoenas and outright lying to overseers.
8. Using the IRS to squelch the ability of political opponents to raise funds and present viable campaigns then blaming the intrusions on low-level clerks.
9. “Retiring” top ranking military officers who still believe in American exceptionalism and replacing them with junior and less experienced ideologues.
10. Arming virtually every federal agency and department with military weapons, ammunition and vehicles as well as supplying local law enforcement agencies with similar vehicles and armament.

President Obama and his anarchist cabal now allow the few remaining American tax payers to subsidize funding for MS-13 gang members and drug cartel members once they have infiltrated our welcoming border. And, we just don’t know how many radical Islamists accompany them on their northward journey. At the same time, we continue to send money to adversaries around the globe with which they train militants to hate us.

These actions most definitely identify the Marxist strategies outlined by the Cloward and Piven. If allowed to continue, the once USA (United States of America) will soon be know as the UTS (Union of Tyrant and Subjects).

I want my country back!
