Two and a half years ago, he went on a world wide apology tour.  He apologized for America being the gracious world leader that it has always been.  He apologized for the arrogance of Americans who have fought and died so that other countries could live in peace, harmony, and freedom.  He spent millions of American dollars in a receding economy to roam the globe and humiliate our country, and he did it within just 100 days of taking office.  Since that time, he has continued to spend beyond our means, borrowing ever more simply to pay the interest on the mortgage taken out against our country.

Now Obama has offered Europe a way to climb out of their near crisis with the Euro.  He lectured the European Union on how to borrow and spend their way out of an impending debt debacle. Effectively he said, “Follow our lead and borrow and spend your way out of debt”.  This was the suggestion by Timothy Geithner (the guy appointed by Obama to handle all the money of the U.S. Treasury;  the same guy who couldn’t even figure out if or how much tax for which he was personally responsible).

Obama was rightly laughed off stage and told to take his free standing sneeze shields with him.  The world leaders have seen over the short reign of this subversive mad man that no good can come from following his advice.  His arrogance and ignorance of finance tells them not to listen, or at best to listen and retreat from any suggestions.

Congratulations, Mr. President.  You have achieved the global recognition you seek.  Your haughtiness and lack of knowledge or judgment is now a caution to the entire world.  It will take years, perhaps decades, before the United States is again accepted or respected as a responsible participant in world leadership.
