THE PROGRESSIVE HEAD FAKE

January 18, 2018

They did it to President Johnson in 1965. They did it to President Reagan in 1986 with approximately 3 million illegal aliens and they apparently just did it again with President Trump. “Give me what I want, and I promise to think about what you have suggested you would like to have happen”. Then, as soon as the left gets what they want, in whole and in all parts, they seemingly forget the second portion of the agreement. Worse yet, they want and expect even more concessions before complying with the remaining portions of the original request.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Over the years, “comprehensive immigration reform” has been bandied about as a negotiating point, political tool or a weapon but that is as far as it has been carried by either party. Now progressives want DACA certified as a stand alone program. After the occurrence of such, they claim willingness to “work on” comprehensive immigration reform. To progressives, however, comprehensive means vague language that allows entitlement, nurturing and amnesty for foreigners illegally in the country and the extended family members they choose to include in the future. Progressives do it again and again and our semi-conservative legislators, blindly believing the best in people, dupe themselves.

This time around the subject is about 800,000 young people (some now upwards of 30 years old) who have taken advantage of multiple entitlement programs including free K-12 education that they barely understand. Fewer than half are proficient in English and have little intention or desire to assimilate into the American culture. They carry flags from the countries to which they still owe allegiance and prefer conversing in foreign languages. Though they have chosen to separate themselves from their family members in order to receive American entitlements, they expect us to welcome not just their offspring but extended clan and teach, train and provide for them as well.

This is the DACA program. By mindfully granting 800,000 young and innocent foreigners the opportunity to take advantage of taxpayers, President Obama set the course for an unquenchable thirst of millions. It is the Cloward and Piven plan to overwhelm the welfare and economic systems carried to the Nth degree.  The current president and congress are now left to deal with this exasperating and untenable situation.

If you agree with those who want legalization for 800,000 DACA grantees or if you are on the fence regarding the issue, please click on the link below and read the article written in 2010. Though it was written during the dictatorial and over-lording reign of President Obama, the last 2/3 of it is as applicable today as it was then.

In 1965, the Immigration and Nationality Act (aka the Hart-Cellar Act), changed our immigration system to allow a more diverse population to legally enter the United States. It was gracious and humanitarian but did not adequately address the influx of illegal entrants to our nation. That was over 50 years ago.

More recently (only 32 years ago) President Ronald Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. There was a promise to effectively control the illegal traffic at our borders and shorelines after granting amnesty to some 3 million people, but again that pledge was never to come about.

Over the past 118 years since 1900, there have been over 30 major structural changes to the way immigration is handled in the United States. None of them addresses illegal entry with punishment harsh enough to prevent it or even curtail it. Our “leaders” keep allowing the problem to grow and fester then say it is too massive to be handled all at once. Thus, we need “comprehensive reform” that can be forgotten at time of funding and long thereafter.

This is a can so dented from kicking that it can no longer be identified as a once valued container. “Comprehensive” is overwhelming and that is exactly why it stalemates every attempted conversation. There must be a starting point and logical order to address the problem. That starting point is: border walls with limited and safeguarded entry points, along with cyber, aerial, radar and infrared detection at all points of possible entry, land and sea.

Our boat is sinking and this is no time to test the potability of the water flooding in. We must plug the holes and bail the excess before we all drown. We can no longer massage and modify our immigration laws to comply with the wishes of people from around the globe  wanting to remake our nation in the image of the countries they dislike enough to leave behind.

This is not about racism as the left wants to inject into every conversation.  This is about protecting our infrastructure; our economy, our industry, our educational institutions and our democratic republic as a whole.

Only after securing our borders and shorelines to protect the nation from further invasion of insurgents willing to overtake and transform our democratic republic and deporting the intruders with alternative allegiance, can we undertake measures to simplify our legal immigration system. And, we can no longer allow progressives to undermine our sovereignty.

IT WAS CALLED A DAY WITHOUT IMMIGRANTS BUT FOR MANY IT WAS THE LAST DAY OF WORK

February 22, 2017

After eight years of coddling people who have skirted laws and agents in their quest to break into our country, some employers finally found the strength to push back. Stories abound from coast to coast regarding the many business owners who decided that their livelihoods would not be dictated by the people they employ.

Last Thursday was labeled “A Day Without Immigrants”. Natural born citizens as well as legal and illegal immigrants took to the streets in protest of what some call security for our borders, economy and nation in general. Many of the protesters found that actions have consequences. Employers have an abundance of applications and resumes for people anxious to fill the now vacant positions.

According to news articles:

Tulsa, OK – 12 Latinos were dismissed for failing to show up for work. The business had to close for the day and the owner lost his ability to pay his ongoing bills that day.

Statesville, N.C. – 18 people lost their employment for failing to report to work on time-sensitive contracts.

Lexington, S.C. – after being warned, 21 workers were fired for defiantly not showing up for work.

Bonita Springs, FL – 6 staff members no longer have jobs.

Commerce City, CO – 30 brick layers were set idle.

Nolensville, TN – 20 households lost, at least, a significant portion of their income.

Before you cry RACIST you must understand that when employees of any nationality shut down a business, the owner must assure that it will not happen a second time for the same or any other reason. When a person invests their expertise, labor and money to produce an ongoing income for themselves and their family, that becomes his or her priority. Employing people is only a means to achieve that personal goal. There is no obligation to provide for those willing to cause harm to that business or employer. If only we could get rid of the insubordinate deadwood in government as easily.

It’s not a matter of race or nationality, it’s a matter of protecting one’s investment. If these employers were truly racist, would he or she have given a job to someone they despise because of their national origin or skin color?

Restaurant patrons coast to coast experienced delays in receiving their fare because waiters, cooks and other staff failed to report for work. Some establishments were forced to close for the day due to lack of staff. From California to Maine, the unreliable are now seeking new employment. While many, but not all, are Hispanic, that is not the reason for their firing. Caring more about making a political statement than they did about their employer’s right to continue in business is the reason.

SPENDING BIG MONEY TO SAVE THE ECONOMY

February 14, 2017

As reported in the Wall Street Journal, wealthy Mexicans are willing to put up multiple millions of dollars to assist Mexican nationals illegally in our country as they fight to remain in the U.S. The Mexican government has also allocated $50 million to its consulates to help the movement. I guess neither the wealthy nor the corrupt government of Mexico really want the low skilled, uneducated (even after attending public institutions in the U.S.) law breakers returning to their home country.

The offered money is to tie up the U.S. courts, exhaust resources and frustrate government lawyers. Protesters will undoubtedly take over the grounds outside federal courthouses. An opportunity for drones equipped with facial recognition cameras overhead? Perhaps an apprehension or two, immediate escort to a courtroom and a speedy trial? With courts backlogged already, the proposed foreign money will prolong the stay for the possibly tens of thousands of potential deportees. Cloward and Piven would be very proud of the way foreign nationals extrapolated on the lessons the pair taught budding socialists back in the 1960s.

However, this battle is easily fought and won: (a) President Trump appoints immigration judges to the courts who are willing to uphold current immigration laws. (b) ICE has buses lined up and idling outside the backdoor of immigration courts. (c) Judge asks plaintiff if they were born in the U.S. If answer is no, then he or she asks, “Do you have a valid passport, green card, entry visa or other government issued authorization to be in the country”? If the answer again is no, a bailiff escorts the defendant to the awaiting transport. NEXT!

The above suggestion allows for clearing each case in three to five minutes. That’s 12 to 20 per hour per courtroom or plus or minus 150 of the criminal trespassers per day per courtroom. Can you imagine the Mexican economy with so many returnees?

It only took minutes to cross the border without permission, it should only take minutes to reverse the process and correct the problem. Family matters should not be considered by the courts. They are the responsibility of the lawbreakers who created the situations. The responsibility is upon the adults who should have made arrangements beforehand, not the citizens of the U.S. Yeah, responsibility. What an unconventional thought!

Harsh? You bet! We have millions of people on the welfare and unemployment rolls who should be “encouraged” to pick apples or lettuce or make up hotel beds or pluck chickens, etc. in return for their government handout. Perhaps picking up trash alongside the roadways or after a Democrat rally might be in order. Without people here illegally taking those positions, there might be more interest by otherwise lazy Americans to do the work. No work, no sharing the taxpayer’s money. Let’s call it redistributing the work.

We, as a country, have been remiss with our border security since before Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. That act legalized some three million lawbreakers in exchange for the promise of enforced immigration control that never came. Today, the seditious lot describing themselves as progressives, Democrats and occasionally as “independents” are again demanding the same tit-for-no-tat that occurred thirty years ago. They use the same mantra, “the people only want to better their lives, and America offers that opportunity”. They neglect to account for the people entering who want to destroy our systems and values and kill as many of us as possible. Certainly those who break a second law need not be taking up the courts’ time or the taxpayer provided interpreters’ time or that of the free legal aid lawyers.

This isn’t tag or a flag football game, folks. It’s for keeps and the players on both sides get hurt. At best we need not be importing criminals, potential criminals or terrorists.  Protecting our country against illegal aliens is only part of what is necessary. Protecting our sovereignty by defining and defending borders is a requirement for any sovereign nation.

PM Trudeau is affably willing to aggregate people with unverifiable histories from war-torn nations without viable governments.  Perhaps we should allocate more resources to the northern border as well.  Immigration reform must be comprehensive.

When deportees are found in the U.S. a second time without authorization as six month stay at Sheriff Joe’s pink panty tent city might be in order.  No trial at the end of the sentence, just immediate expulsion.

AMERICANS NOW DEMAND A STRONG CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

November 23, 2016

While most people today (especially conservatives and libertarians) choose not to admit it, we all want a strong government. Strong, not abusive or authoritarian or devastatingly large, but strong is what we want and need. Collectively, we’ve voted against the thing we truly want on four consecutive occasions now. George W. Bush was weak. He had some good points but overall he was timid and politically concerned. Obama is anemic when compared to Bush. Obama’s strong point is his despotic pen and phone takeover of the other two branches of government.

Trump has vastly different views from those of Obama, and though he has not yet shown himself to be a despotic ideologue, he is recognized as authoritative. A major difference between the two might be Trump’s ability to listen and act upon information that is inconsistent with his prior understanding or knowledge. We’ve already seen him bridge chasms created in the campaign process by meeting with and, at this point, speculatively offering jobs within the administration to his former political detractors.

Obama fired those who didn’t immediately smile and nod in agreement with every wild-eyed romantic suggestion he proposed. Once dismissed, he then shamed the fired mercilessly to cover his own reprehensible actions. Those caught breaking the law on his behalf, however, were awarded sanctuary within the administration. Lateral transfers, advancement or retirement with full pension and benefits are commonly noted. His attorney(s) general refused to prosecute on behalf of the American people because, in more than one case, both are implicated in unlawful events.

Obama is strong in his Utopian views and willingly defies the very constitution on which he claims profound knowledge and is sworn to uphold. Perhaps he studied law, and the constitution in particular, simply to identify how to violate them and avoid expeditious rebuke or repercussions.

We need a strong government, one within which are public servants with strong convictions and adherence to our founding documents and laws made with regard to them. The original documents were written with reason and caution, not emotion or political bias. That is why changing them requires an “act of congress”.

At this point we’ll have to wait and see if the next president drains the swamp as promised or lags along with what we have; a costly bloated and inefficient government filled with regulatory statutes lacking reason or meaning. Already, Democrats are rallying to find the best way to deny confirmation to any right-minded appointees. Donald J. Trump has pledged to rightsize (a business term coined in the late 1990s) the government through attrition and request budgets that help that process along.

Congress may once again act in a congressional manner, as a third member of the government, rather than fearful of being termed racist because they don’t cow-tow to radical wants of a president of color. And yes, orange is a color. Just ask John Boehner. Supreme Court appointees upholding laws rather than common culture will also restore and strengthen the government as it was meant to be.

WE’RE ALMOST THERE

“Those who don’t know history are doomed to repeat it.” Edmond Burke
“Those who do know history and dare to repeat it are either subversive or idiots.” Bob Kiddie

U.S.S.R.,     Venezuela,     Cuba,     Greece,     Argentina,     America

Everytime a Marxist/Socialist/Communist government comes into power, things get worse for the masses.

Obama wants to make everybody financially equal. It’s impossible and it’s been tried before, many times before. This narcissist is sure he is the one who can make it work. He took the opportunity to ruin America’s already faltering economy in order to bring about his ideal homology. Yes, we have had downturns before. And, as before, this one was only made worse through the workings of liberal progressives; Marxists, if you will.

With the help of four congresses, he has plunged the economy as if it were a balking toilet. Beginning with the give-away program known as American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (aka Stimulus) that did little other than line the pockets of his major donors, President Obama has managed to more than double over 235 yrs of accumulated national debt in only 7 years. Under his reign, the middle-class is now melding into the poverty stricken.

The open borders mandate is but one example of how he keeps wages to a minimum and flooding the Welfare offices with migrants and refugees. He is following the plan laid out by Cloward and Piven. Their strategy was to overload the Welfare system creating a crisis that would lead to a national system of “a guaranteed annual income”. This, the proud and devout Marxists exclaimed, would end poverty.

According to a recent Washington Examiner article, more than 90 percent of recent Middle Eastern refugees are on welfare. His plans are to increase that population 8-10 fold. Just think what could happen if Bernie or Hillary takes over.

As our elected leaders do everything possible to redistribute wealth from the richest to the poorest among us (keeping 60%-80% for administrative purposes), they truly only widen the separation between those with wealth and those with little. Invariably, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer as the middle-class drops to the bottom. Economic equality can only be achieved when everybody is well educated, has high self esteem and sound work ethic. When those qualities are high, so is the well-being of all the citizens. When it is low…well, we get what we’ve got.

Obama is cunningly allowing us to laugh at him for his concern over global weather. It takes away from his overall destruction of the nation. It is planned, and it is working. We are headed the way of Greece, Italy, Argentina and Cuba.

Socialist and Communist countries may have a smattering of people “getting by” on their own. These countries have basically only two classes of people – the rich and the poor. The poor are government dependent for their food, housing, transportation, health care and general well-being. We’re almost there!
