The Ministry of Truth disseminates the information we need to know and accept to keep the elite in control. “Journalists” aid the office with broadcast and print adaptations of what is happening. Both the Ministry and their tentacle allies advise us not to listen to dissenting opinion or alternate viewpoints which they pursue, distort, demean and destroy wherever possible.

According to the Ministry, President Obama is enjoying the highest approval numbers of his second term. Up by 5% over last month according to the latest CNN/ORC survey, it shows that the young and ignorant, gays, socialists and other America haters continue to blindly welcome oppression by edict. He now basks with a 50% approval among the selected respondents.

Taking a quick look at the past month, we can clearly see how the rise in popularity came about.
1. While ISIL gained more territory and displayed more violence (including cage drownings and beheading a woman), Obama admitted to the G-7 conference that because he fired all the experienced and knowledgeable military commanders, he is clueless how the murderous thugs might be controlled. Putin is now eyeing the Baltic states as the Ukrain continues to be hammered and Crimea is annexed. The United States is safe…for now.
2. National debt reporting is “frozen” at $18,112,975,000,000. The Treasury Department number has remained the same for the past 15 weeks. The reported number is $25,000,000 under the congressionally approved limit. No matter how much Michelle spends on vacations abroad, this is the number to be reported until congress raises the ceiling. The National Debt Clock records another $118 billion, but you have to seek that number.
3. Great things came to gays with a Supreme Court decision. Christians around the U.S., however, now fear the demise of religious freedom due to the court’s legislative shredding of the Constitution. Only some rights will now be violated. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” has now been replaced by A Supreme Court decision trumps any God given right or restriction on government enumerated by the Founding Fathers.
4. Obamacare wins another round thanks to the court. Once “middle-income” patients now avoid medical attention because they can no longer afford to pay the increased premiums and meet excessive deductions without foregoing mortgage payments, rent, food or such. The ACA is working as designed.
5. Hundreds of unvetted Syrians, Lybians, Sudanese, Guatemalans, El Salvadorans, Hondurans, Chinese, etc. are allowed into the country daily. After receiving a notice to appear before an immigration magistrate, they are released into the general population. Some are briefly detained to receive nourishment, medical attention, monitary stipends, new clothing, etc. before being transported to the state of their choosing. The Ministry reports our border is more secure than it has ever been.
6. The claimed unemployment rate dropped again in June. Officially, it is now 5.3%. The number of able bodied workers who have abdicated responsibility for their personal well being in exchange for government gratuities, however, continues to rise far more rapidly than the official number drops. BLS shows that only 62.6% of the workforce is now active, down 0.3% or 56,000 from just last month.

Yes siree, The Ministry of Truth reports all is well and the polls reflect that doctrine.

I find it absolutely amazing that so many people are either not aware or lulled to such complacency that they can no longer care what goes on in Washington D.C.  Everything that happens on Capitol Hill has a direct affect on all our lives.

First, the government took control of the financial industry, firing CEOs without the authority other than the power of dollars leveraged from the masses.  Idiots were waving banners, not in protest but in solidarity with Big Brother.

Then the government took control of the American auto industry the same way and rewarded the unions at the expense of workers’ retirement funds.  Again, the gimme, gimme crowd applauded the move.

Both moves were promoted as “stimulating the economy”.  They were to save or create jobs.  Anybody considering them to be centralizing of power and wealth in Washington while creating dependency of the masses was called a racist because our new president is half black.

In third place came the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).  A massive bill that nobody in either chamber of Congress read before it was passed, and even the Speaker of the House proclaimed, But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it…”  Over the past seventeen months, there have been various analyses of the bill, in parts, pieces and in whole.  What we are finding is that much of the bill has nothing at all to do with health care but much to do with the government accroaching unconstitutional powers and individual bank accounts.

The Ministry of Truth has taken over.  Once a key phrase has been uttered, it is law and to deny with fact makes one utterly absurd.  When Hugo Chavez nationalized the Venezuelan media, few people in the United States paid attention.  It has been said for many years that our media has a political bias to the liberal side causing question about the veracity of any presentations.  Conservatives see it, liberals deny it.

It is now becoming clear that we must be diligent in our acceptance of information.  John Kerry, talking about the Tea Party movement is quoted from MSNBC’s Morning Joe program seems to desire not just more bias, but shutting out any dissenting voice from the media completely.  “And I have to tell you, I say this to you politely.  The media in America has a bigger responsibility than it’s exercising today.  The media has got to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it or simply because somebody says something which everybody knows is not factual.  It doesn’t deserve the same credit as a legitimate idea about what you do.  And the problem is everything is put into this tit-for-tat equal battle and America is losing any sense of what’s real, of who’s accountable, of who is not accountable, of who’s real, who isn’t, who’s serious, who isn’t?”  I’ll bet I know what his vote will be on the new “Fairness Doctrine”.

Not to pick on only one outlet, but the following link also came to my attention within hours of the above quote.  Please watch and decide if you should blindly accept that “news” is presented honestly.  You might also want to question who is controling of the truth.

Just as with the White House (choose any or all administrations over the past two or three decades), politicians around the country are controlling information we receive as much, if not more, than governing.

Perhaps this is why President Obama said, “You’re coming of age in a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments, some of which don’t always rank all that high on the truth meter.  With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation.”  (emphasis added by BizarroWorldUSA)

“All of this is not only putting new pressures on you, it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy.”  ObamaHampton University commencement address May 9, 2010

I swear I heard him saying, “I will feed you all the information you need to know and you need not verify it”.

George Orwell imaged “The Ministry of Truth” as the political information dissemination point in his book “1984”.  It was to be the only information source for the proles (masses).  Independent thoughts, not aligned with the Ministry of Truth, were considered thoughtcrimes and were punishable by death.

From NBCChicago – This week NBCChicago and Ward Room published details of the Emanuel Inauguration, which includes a plan to charge donors up to $50,000 for a premium seat at the swearing-in on May 16th.  While noting that there will be “free, open and accessible” events around the ceremony, our writers took him to task for being the first Chicago mayor to charge a fee of any sort for his inaugural.

The Emanuel team says that money will pay for the event and save the taxpayers.

So the day after the “Mini White House Inaugural” was reported, the Emanuel team refused to notify NBC of rare one-on-one interviews allotted to our competitors.  The TV business is competitive, but typically, politicians and public figures who are involved with big events grant the same access to all-comers.

When we asked why we were left out of the mix, the Emanuel communications team implied they weren’t happy with the coverage of the VIP inauguration.  They didn’t challenge facts, but were upset with tone.  So they left us out.

It’s an old game … kill the messenger not the message; cut off the access.

These recent citations accent why this country is so divided regarding politics.  Most people get their political news from one or very few sources that echo their own “inherent” viewpoints.  Many of those sources, controlled by the politicians, reflect only a single sided perspective.  Sharing beyond that scripted by the elite is cause to be excluded from any future opportunities.  If you don’t comply with the Ministry of Truth, your existence might be erased in the middle of the night.

Don’t let the government sell you something you don’t need or want, at any price.  Don’t become a victim of the oratory or the charisma.  Don’t allow yourself to be like sheep, led to shearing so many times that you’re accepting and comfortable being herded to slaughter.
