BECAUSE I WON!

Obama is dictatorially using and abusing the executive powers granted to the presidency.  Be they called executive orders, fiats, mandates, decrees or warrants, they illustrate the unchecked abuse that is present and possible when only one ideology occupies all three branches of our government.

Obama is currently percolating ideas again to circumvent congress and the Constitution.  This time taking advantage of his ascendancy by offering amnesty to between 12 and 30 million illegal aliens from countries around the globe via Executive Fiat.  Little regard will be given for personal philosophy, creed, bias or prejudice.

Background checks will be quick, if any, based only on the information provided by the aspirant amnesty grantees.  Identification normally required to obtain a driver license at your local DMV will not be required.  If false input is proffered, the requisite data obtained regarding propriety of continued presence in the United States will be tainted and decisions rendered on that information possibly irreversible.  However, the information will be accepted as true for expediency.  Speed is necessary for reasonable assurance of Democrat wins in the November election cycle, and congress will simply take too long to accomplish the task.

We will be assimilating, but not integrating into our society, people who have little or no desire to become Americans.  With the current indications for cursory historical background on the already present invaders that will be awarded domestic entitlements, there are criminals (thieves, burglars, drug dealers, murderers, rapists, terrorists and others) whose only reason for being in the country is to do harm or illegal personal gain.

It will be of great consequence to the citizens as we are forced to accept this sanction by edict.  We can only be taxed even higher and driven deeper into debt to accommodate the needs of what will undoubtedly be a largely undereducated and perhaps even less intelligent, non-English speaking population.  A higher percentage of non-caring, dependent and politically ignorant will lead to less coercing and much easier deception.

It’s all part of Obama’s lowering the bar to include everybody in the same kennel.  Less intelligence or ability to seek truth, the easier it becomes to control the masses through governmental propaganda distribution.  It’s working well for Hugo, why not Obama.  Obama’s handlers have provided the outline to tyrants and dictators around the world.  They are now analyzing the feedback to see how well it might work here, what adjustments or modifications may be needed to perfect the scheme before implementation.

By fighting back, by doing what is right, we will be called bigots and racists as they will attempt to pigeon hole us to their satisfaction.  But I will accept this administration’s name-calling and blaming just as I do Janet Napolitano’s certifying me a right-wing extremist and potential homegrown terrorist because I served in the military and believe in the limited government the Constitution and Bill of Rights granted us.  I still believe they have applicable meaning today.  Perhaps more meaning today than just a very few years ago.

Yes, my fiscal, political and social philosophies may be right of center, but I am not a terrorist, racist, bigot, subversive or seditionist no matter who wants to suggest I am.  I am an American and proud of it, unlike our President and First Lady.

ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE

If an issue is so important that it requires federal, or even state governmental regulation; if a bill has to be written and passed, why can’t it be done as a stand alone issue?  Every bill written has some offshoot with no connection “riding” on the passage of the main bill.  Some bills, such as the National Health Scare bill, fund so many pet projects that health care becomes almost secondary.

If it’s truly important for the Three Winged Tootle Sucker to have a protected habitat, why can’t congress or the state legislature vote on that issue alone?  Why do the legislation and funding sources have to be folded into and disguised behind a bill titled The Growing Human Population and How To Drive The Masses Into Abject Poverty?

“No one will know until this is actually in place how it works.  But we believe we’ve done something that has been needed for a long time.  It took a crisis to bring us to the point where we could actually get this job done.”  Chris Dodd, speaking about the latest financial reform boondoggle. What he’s actually saying is “We created a crisis to make this crap more palatable.”

“But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it…”  Nancy Pelosi on the Health Care and bacon bill. In plainer, non-congress speak, she could have said, “We have no clue what we’re going to stick you with or how you’re going to pay for it.  But this is what the Messiah wants, so let me get my giant gavel out and make a mockery of the legislative process.”

These idiots in congress are passing bills they haven’t read and haven’t a clue about what is actually in them.  They don’t care! They are allowing for compromised spending of your money so that they and their friends can line personal pockets.

In some cases, such as in California’s Central Valley, farmers and ranchers have gone from productivity to poverty because of a tiny silvery fish called the delta smelt.  No forethought, no afterthought, just catering to progressive environmentalists.  State legislators cut the water to the agricultural industry extraordinarily, also drastically reducing the household supplies to millions of central and southern Californians in order to save the spawning ground of a bait fish.

There is no reason that I can see for not scooping up some of the minnows and transporting them to breeding farms until the drought is over, then reintroducing them to their native environment.  It would have saved agricultural businesses worth billions of dollars.  It would have saved farms.  It would have kept moderate prices on fruits, vegetables and meats that are shipped around the country and overseas.  It would have kept at least a small portion of our workforce employed and provided at least some revenue to the ailing state.

In any given hierarchy, every man tends to rise to his own level of incompetence.  That statement has never been truer than when applied to a government agency or organization.  The natural corollary is that over a time, the entire government is manned by incompetent people.  We have reached that level with this administration.  This administration and the entire congress have the collective executive and management experience and expertise roughly comparable to the pimply-faced nineteen year old night shift manager at your local McDonald’s.

There is not one person capable of making a decision without calling together a staff meeting or commissioning a month-long study for any given situation.  Obama, himself, wears loafers because he can’t decide to tie shoes right over left or left over right without a five staff person consensus each morning

Isn’t it time to make some wise and significant changes regarding our nation’s elite?

MISSED NEWS

For those of you who may have missed the news today:

Dick Durbin, he’s the one who wanted terrorists in Guantanamo to be treated more humanely than our own soldiers, asked that the President appoint a carp Czar.  Illinois, please be sure to re-elect this highly intelligent patriot to the U.S. Senate.  We need people like him to spend our money more wisely than we as individuals ever could.

Our Vice President called a custard store manager a “smart ass” while consuming product at his store in Milwaukee.  When asked what was owed for the custard, the store manager replied to VP Biden “lower our taxes and we’ll call it even”.  That was enough for the arrogant bastard to call an American citizen a smart ass.

The Senate has authorized an Internet “kill switch” option for the president.  Obama can now order the shut down of any, or all, Internet activity; at any time he deems it necessary for either national security or cyber-attack prevention.  In that this president and his communist, Marxist, socialist, propaganda monger followers have a pension for calling everything a “crisis”, so that they can move forward with the destruction of our country, look forward to your connection going down soon…and often.

Census bureau employees, on request of their managers, filled in over 10,000 bogus questionnaires.  They were asked to do so in order to meet a deadline.  These are just some of the same government’s 550,000 responsible and recently employed, part-time, temporary workers.  They were making the best use of your tax dollars and doing their best to bring credible numbers and statistics to the 2010 census on time.

The Obama administration is moving forward with a lawsuit against Arizona for enforcing federal law that the federal government refuses to enforce.  Janet Napolitano, former governor of Arizona and current Secretary of Homeland Security (or insecurity for accuracy) has, however, authorized signs warning Americans that travel within the Southern 80 miles of that state is not recommended.  We are not to use the public parks because we could be killed by illegal drug and human traffickers using that area.

Many of you reading this, as it is passed, will be far more aware that the U.S. is out of the World Cup running.  If you don’t follow sports, for sure you know that at the one year anniversary, Michael Jackson is still dead.

None the less, I thought you might need to hear some other news.  It’s a sad, sad world in which we live.

CONTROL OR FREEDOM

When you look at the real numbers, you see 25 unnamed institutions and 14 individuals in the U.S. control almost as much of the company assets as does the U.K.

I can see Obama running the stock value down by bleeding BP with endless, mismanaged restitution of which much will be misappropriated, then buying up as much stock as possible from RoE, RoW and the few miscellaneous owners with your taxpayer money.  He then will put together a syndicate of U.S. holdings with the federal government as a primary stock holder and controlling entity.

With that, your energy costs “will necessarily skyrocket”.  He has already virtually guaranteed that under his Crap and Tax program, he will bankrupt the coal industry.  He is on his way to marginalizing and destroying every industry in the country.  Once ruined with bailouts, takeovers and government controls, all products and services will be restricted, rationed and doled under heavy taxation to consumers.

This unknown man with a secret and questionable background has been in office only 18 months, just over 1/3 of his elected term, and the government now owns and controls more than 70% of the economy.  They own and control 30% of the total land mass of the United States and in some areas like Nevada, the federal government owns 84.5% of the land within the state boundaries.

Of 10 Western States (Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, California, Arizona and New Mexico) “We the People” own a massive 52.84% of the land yet as individuals we can only gain access to much of it by paying a fee.

We’re losing ground (double entendre intended) folks.  Lincoln’s “Government of the people, by the people and for the people” is perishing from the earth.  We no longer have a “more perfect union” as sought by the Constitution of the United States.

What will it take to awaken the masses; for them to open their eyes, take a new breath and want what is truly theirs: FREEDOM from tyranny?  As a society, we are far too complacent, too controlled and too ignorant to realize it.

TAXING THE TRUTH

If a news agency is not viable; if not enough people are interested in reading or viewing what they have to say; if not enough people support their advertisers, why are they in business?  Why does the government have to tax those businesses that do present what the public wants and needs to subsidize a business that concerns only a few people?

This is part of the plan to redistribute wealth, nothing more.  Take from the worthy and give to the inept.  It is also another way for the government to interfere with and take-over another free market sector.  With the takeover of the auto industry, insurance industry, mortgage industry, financial industry and many other major businesses, the government now owns and controls over 70% of what was, just a few years ago, private sector economy.  The BP spill gave this administration the opportunity to consider also taking over the petroleum industry in the United States.  It works for Hugo, why not us?

At the direction of the White House, the FTC is seeking additional taxation on those electronic devices that formerly conveyed the news.  Mobile devices such as iPads, laptops, Kindles, iPhones, Blackberries, Android and others are being considered for additional government revenue.

The New York Times has floated the possibility of charging for some of its online stories.  Fine!  If what the New York Times has to say is important to an individual, they can pay the source directly.  Why might it be necessary to charge other online sources and give some of that money to the Times?  There is NO REASON.

Will there be any difference between the U.S. and the former USSR so vehemently berated just a half century ago?  Will there be any recognizable disparity between our country and Venezuela?  After all, control of the news presented to the citizens is/was handled by the government.  These governments let the citizens hear what the governments want the citizens to hear.  If you want truth, not presented by Washington, D.C., you must pay the government for it or get it from an underground source.

AmeriCorps, a government funded non-profit agency, is also being considered as a major news source.  Let’s see now, reporters have only one source for their paycheck.  They’re expected to report unbiased information about that income stream.  Why it’s almost like getting all your news from PBS.  The only difference might be that PBS also begs for additional dollars from left wing loonies.  AmeriCorps, you’ve just got to love a community organized news resource.

AmeriCorps will be a viable and sustainable news agency.  The government will see to it that the organization gets all the money they need to distribute the propaganda fed to the “reporters” by the White House.  Funding will be on a “kind word” basis.  Why, it will be like listening to Obama read the teleprompters, but it will release him to play a five hour contemplative game of divots.
